Bed & Breakfast Terms and Conditions

Deposit	A deposit of 1 nights stay will be taken when booking. The remaining balance will be payable on the morning of your departure from our Bed and Breakfast.
Minimum Stay	2 night minimum stay on Friday and Saturday nights.
Balance	The balance is payable on the morning of your departure from our Bed and Breakfast.
Payment	Credit or Debit Cards and Cash.
Arrival Times	From 4 PM – 7 PM please phone prior to your stay to arrange arrival outside these times.
Departure times	Please vacate your room prior to 10:30 AM.
Special Requirements	The Bed and Breakfast is not Wheelchair accessible.
Smoking	Throstle Nest Farm is a non-smoking Bed and Breakfast.
Pets	Sorry no pets allowed.
Cancellations	Full refund given if cancelled 4 days prior to your stay.
Breakages and Spillages	A replacement charge may be charged depending on the value of the item. Please clean any stains if made or contact us so we can remove them, otherwise a charge may be imposed depending on the value of the item.
